Most of us have believed for years that if we eat enough fruit and vegetables that we will get all that we need from them for our diet, but how many of us know exactly what 'all that we need ' is. How many of us know minerals are vital for proper bodily function and good health. How many of us know that if we are mineral deficient that the vitamin supplements we are taking are up to 80% unabsorbable by the body, and pass straight through our system. Vitamins cannot perform their work without the presence of their supporting mineral. They work synergistically. In the absence of the mineral, the vitamin is largely disabled.

How many of us know that the mineral is the number one tool that the body uses to regulate internal acidity or alkalinity. Most people know that some plants cannot grow if the soil is either too acid or too alkaline, but how many realise that the diet directly affects the condition of your 'internal soil '. For optimum health to be a possibility our internal pH measurement needs to be kept near neutral on the pH scale. 95% of the foods most of us eat are acid forming when digested.

Our body needs to be able to regulate this 'over acidity' to avoid the many problems it can cause, and if you are mineral deficient the number one protection system is lost. The resulting continued over acidity can lead to a multitude of different complaints and conditions, as can equally 'over alkalinity'. Most doctors don't know the cause of these problems as they are not trained about nutrition and its effects. Many scientists believe maintaining pH balance is the second most important function the body has to carry out. It is second only to breathing, which is maintaining heartbeat. Simple re-mineralisation through supplementation, with the correct form of minerals, alleviates and removes a host of ailments from everyday experience.

Choosing the correct type of mineral supplement is vital as our bodies are not designed to absorb minerals in tablet form. It is like trying to digest small pieces of broken up rock. Perhaps a maximum of 20% of the minerals can be absorbed in this fashion because the particle sizes are too big to be digested. The other 80% is wasted along with your money and time.

There is a way you can supplement your diet everyday with all the minerals you need for health, healing and possible re-generation. It mimics the way nature would give us our minerals if they were present in our fruit and vegetables. Using this method the minerals are in solution, (liquid), already broken down in particle sizes so small (colloidal or ionic) that we can absorb a very high percentage (up to 98%) through the lining of our digestive system. To assist this process, the minerals carry an electrical charge that is the opposite of the electrical charge of the digestive system. Therefore they attract each other through an electrical gradient.

In the animal husbandry industry it has been known for many many years how to cure and prevent multitudes of conditions that we as humans are still allowed to suffer and even die from. This is done through supplementation of the animals diets through minerals. How is it that every drug that we are prescribed by a doctor is first tested on animals, but the knowledge that mineral supplementation cures and prevents so many conditions in animals is not being applied to humans also. It doesn't make sense.

In the Western world medicine is mainly curative i.e. treated with drugs when we are already ill. A GP in Britain takes five and a half years to qualify and gets only one afternoons teaching on nutrition, and even that is optional. In the East it is the opposite. A doctor knows all about nutrition and the part it plays in preventing illness and disease. The World Health Organisation rates Japan as the number one all round healthy country. 90 % of the Japanese health spending is on preventative methods and products and only 10% on curative. In the West it is the other way round, only 10% on prevention.

Mineral supplementation is preventative. It works with animals. It works for humans too. Spending a relatively small amount every month could prevent you from getting many illnesses and de-generative diseases. What price is your health?
